Staff was very responsive. We thought the staff and desk clerk in particular were excellent!

       Patricia Nedeau
  Manager, Los Apus:

I wanted to write a brief note commending your excellent staff. From the front desk personnel to the kitchen and housekeeping staff, everyone has been unfailingly kind and helpful.

I would like to particularly single out Daniel, at reception, who greeted our very late and unplanned arrival with warmth and generosity. He found us a room where there wasn't one and went so far as to tidy it himself.
Luis, who helped with our baggage, was particularly accommodating as well. He may have been providing routine hotel service, but then was nothing routine about the way he genuinely tried to make us comfortable.

My stay at Los Apus was lovely. I have been in hotels that provide more amenities and more luxuries, but never have stayed at one in which I felt more welcome and at home. Thank you so much.

Sincerely,
Patricia A. Nedeau

I want to commend you for having the nicest and most helpful staff I have met in Peru (or anywhere else!).

They seemed to anticipate our every need, answered all our questions, did laundry perfectly, and made sure we forgot nothing.

      Routard 2004
In the San Blas district, at the corner of Choquechaca street. Ancient colonial house. Very confortable rooms, nicely furnished.

Prefer the room on higher floors, where the view is nicer. Breakfast included in the rate, take it on the terrace, very pleasant. On request you will be picked up at the airport for free.
